What kind of help do you need?
​​Any one of us can be overwhelmed with powerful feelings at certain times in our lives. This may be about problems now, or due to difficulties from the past which are still having an impact. Speaking with a counsellor can help you to see the problem more clearly and assist you to think through how you want to tackle it.

Most people meet with their counsellor once a week.
​
We would meet for a 50 minute session weekly, and decide together how many sessions would be right for you.
